What I expect to gain from HOST 4100
To be honest, I do not know what to expect from this course. I have gathered a few ideas and here are some of them. I am expecting to learn three to four different skills. I know there is so much you can learn, but I would like to focus on specific skills and learn them well. Firstly, I would like to learn how to communicate effectively through a webpage. There are so many ways to layout a page that I want to know which method is used most and why. I would like to know how technology has helped companies as a whole and what does the future hold for E-Marketing.

I'm not sure that we're going to be able to address as thoroughly your learning goals in this course, because this is an overview course.
Learning about layout and design is a full time occupation in itself.
One element of design of which you may be unaware is Search Engine Optimization. SEO is a discipline that assists e-marketers to ensure their web pages are in the top 10 or 20 URLs when a search is conducted.
